Yea this guy probably was picked on on a regular basis growing up. Anyone who has ever worked with him will confirm. fake tough guy... and has a possible mental disorder also be advised he wrote the 2015 Lts exam... so that should tell you all you need to know..

A little birdie told me that while the 2015 test was being written, this guy would conduct decoy operations at The Key and Elite to see what was being said, regarding where to focus your studying. They then purposely avoided putting that material on the test
Ran into a friend of mine thats in the Capt's group thats in now. They're promoting them late so that they can get the raise we get next month so they will skip a step and only have 2 yrs to top pay as per the CEA's request to the PC. I'm surprised da job did the right thing...hopefully our list comes out soon...
I'm not sure if all your informacion is correct. Basically, even if they were to go the second step for some reason, that doesn't mean they would skip waiting an extra year to top pay. They would just linger for an extra year on a step. However if they made it to step 2 they would obviously be making more money than at step 1.

He was correct with his information. They are going to make top pay in 2 years not 3. This is confirmed and great for them. This should occur with promotions for captains till the next increase in the CEA contract which I believe is Oct 2018.

They dont know what the city is going to do about steps/top pay. The SBA was told their sergeants werent going to top Pay and were sitting at the step. This is after they made a fool of themselves telling sgts they were going to top pay after a year. Captains will know for sure when that first class of Sgts this affected hit one year this month.

Manhattan south is not a hook up for a captain. By far the most details and if they fall on your rdo oh well. Atleast thats how its been described to me
