Thats a FACT.

However ! It may not apply to the new test if they fix the contract prior to promoting anyone off it.

YOU cannot just AMEND a Signed Contract because it benefits 250 people.

They Will fix the GLITCH in pay scales.. but as of right now, dudes are going to top PAY.
