From what I've seen with previous exams the vet pref certification is a good indication that the list is imminent. So far no one has received their appointment letters, so I seriously doubt the list will be released this month unless people start getting letters this week.

 Can confirm I have not received my letter for my veteran credit.

How early prior to a list do the Veteran Pref Certification get mailed out? Does anyone know?

Yep this list aint coming out anytime soon. Havent heard of anuone getting one of those..
