Rumors Just like with the 2011 Sgt. exam list that was getting cut every month and everyone ended up getting promoted . At this point nobody knows what will happen and it will take years to find out if everyone will get made.

you can't compare a long Sgt list to a long LT list. if this list is over 1k Id be sweating with low 70's. Anyone that got low 70's on this test didn't put a tremendous amount of effort in anyway. sorry but it's true.

 Yea at first i was thinking feb but now im actually in agreement with you. We will see if there is a mass exodus in dec but i doubt it. I think 25 is the new 20 which also makes me think the list will be cut. The reality is people are staying on the job longer.

I dont post much unless I get reliable info. I heard from a good source theres approx 700 people who scored between 70 to 78 not sure how reliable.

 That could be right.

The 2006 list had about 650 people from 70 to 80. And 650 from 80 to 100.

 Bacon i would expect a post like that from Dr.papi not you. How is this good news?! A large drawn out Capt list means very LT vacancies as people who would normally retire stick around for 3 or 4 years to get promoted to capt and then retire! Plus the Lt list will come out months b4 the capt list which means very lt vacancies.

Lol bacon...the job only has an authorized headcount of 300 or so Capts. If you think 300 Lts will be promoted to Capt within 4 years then I have a bridge to sell you! Come on man...you're smarter than that.
