1050....is the number I was told today from a Sgt. who is very good friends with a higher up in personnel at 1PP....which in my opinion is believable, but a little more than I really expected.

I was told about the same number. 1050

Im pretty confident about that 44% pass rate, primarily because thats what the actual test writers were told. Thats why we keep hearing 1050 and 1100 list sizes.
2400x44%=1056
2500x44%=1100

44% passing rate is insane and unheard of. I love how everyone here all of a sudden has "insight" on what the passing rate is.

Its not unheard of. The 2006 had a passing rate just about the same.

Didn't a lot more people take the 2006 test ? Wasn't this one of the lowest turn outs for a lt test ? Just wondering .

Im unsure how many took the 2006 but the 2017 exam was an even lower turnout than 2014 or whenever it was. The sheer stupidity of the 2011 and 2014 exams probably turned a few people off.

I had guys walking out of my classroom after 20-30 min. I know guys in my command that didn't even sign up for the test. I guess we just have to wait and see. We should all worry about passing the test first before we worry about the list size lol.

The guy who initially told me about 1200 said that the final word is about 1050. I am also told the entire list should be made within 4 years if it stays that size. they don't foresee any hiring freezes. the economy is doing fine and there should be plenty of vacancies to move the list along when it finally comes out. good luck everyone.
