I hope it is a different exam.....I spoke to a guy who took the exam on the 30th and made reference to a few questions that I know 100% weren't on our exam on the 23rd, but he also did mention a few that were replicas......and lastly, there is another guy in my command who has yet to take it and I asked when he was taking it and he said DCAS has not given him a date.....so idk what's the deal....my guess is, there are 3 different exams with a mix of new questions and replicas
Gentlemen, You are all sergeants of police. Some what intelligent. Think about it there is no way an exam written for a group of people will be different for those people taking a make up exam. It must be the same exact exam. Maybe the sequence of the questions will be different but for sure the questions and answers will be the same. Last time I logged on and followed this website was in 2009 and it had it's share of ignorant people But they were cops young and ignorant. But years later it got worst and most are sergeants that never matured. SAD

The majority of people who get the answers for the make up exam get them from their buddies who took the test. They are not coming to a forum to search for answers from random test takers who aren't even sure what the answers were. The people who passed the test aren't wasting their time on this forum. Its those of us who either know we failed and will be praying for throw outs or those who might have passed and need an outlet for their anxiety so they turn to rumors to pass the (5 weeks) time. The 2015 Lt test forum was a CESPOOL of misinformation.

Thathats what I was thinking, that isnt it a good argument when the scammers fail they will try to sue saying that its against the law to have a totally different exam, especially for LOD's, sickness, pregancy etc. hope im wrong though
Maybe you guys should send out a FOIL request to prove the validity of my claims that I am and will always remain the youngest person in NYPD history to hold the rank of Both Sergeant and Lieutenant. #FACT
I have a feeling some of the people that post here are psych patients that somehow get access to their doctor's computers and start posting nonsense . SMH

I checked spam/junk mail and it wasn't there... Miraculously, I received an email from Mr. Deutsch (DCAS) just a moment ago.... Same info given previously on this board... However, he added that the exam was also given on an alternate date which five (5) people sat for (August 28th). No word on passing numbers or when another make-up exam will be administered.
Has anyone asked him if the scantrons have been run through the machine? Or the # of PPL with a preliminary score of 70+? Maybe he's playing with words.

I asked exactly what you just did how many scantron draw scored a 70 or more. Just got a response a few minutes ago that "candidate score information is not yet available."
The yellow sheet specifically says if you don't get your protest notice within 4 1/2 weeks, you have to go to DCAS to pick it up. 4 1/2 weeks is Sept 24. Maybe they're referring to the actual protest reviews by the test writers?
I thought that was a hard 5th week after the exam for the protest. Oh well. End of October is a long time to wait. Christ, this garbage is so effin archaic. My sister took a professional exam in her field a week before the LT exam and walked out knowing she passed.
