Is there any rule where you are gaurenteed lost time if you are working a 4x12 shift the day before the exam

And now is that officially on paper anywhere for those who may have admin Lieutenants who will look to screw the guys on 4x12s and not provide relief because as of right now according to my Rollcall we have 3 sergeants working who are all taking the test, no lieutenant, and no relief to let anyone out at 2000
