Permalink   As I sit here in my nice, cold, Air Conditioned house, attempting to squeeze in a few last tidbits of knowledge, I wonder......Will we have this luxury of A/C on test day in a NYC Public School on a nice hot August afternoon?   I'm going with NO __________________
