What's the rule on excusales on test day? Is it an offisal rule that daytours and Midnights get the day off and 4-12 get exuded half the day before and after the test. Is this a real rule or unofficial rule that most commands do?

I KNOW A GUY who spoke to a lt @ labor relations and the offical rule is:
4x are excused early night prior to test. midnights and day tours are excused the entire tour. you need to staple the certification of the test to the 28 and its a "Free day". so yea basically what you said is real
Actually if you want the specific rule everyone is excused from 2000 hrs the day prior to 2000 hrs the day of the test ... additionally a finest msg will squirt out a few days prior saying it. Also for commanding officers to report to their respective boro which sgts are sitting for the exam
