For future reference, a "source" isn't some bullshyt you hear from another cop who knows someone else or knows a chief who knows someone who knows someone who is the chiefs daughter, or some nonsense telephone game message you hear at some function that can be changed by the time the message gets to you. Thats not a source.

A source is when you PERSONALLY know someone DIRECTLY involved with this process.

Like ive been saying since day 1, we will see how many people these 2 throwouts and 3 double answers add to the list.

You fools! First lesson you rookies must realize is that when it comes to DCAS nothing is confirmed. At first it looked like the 27th was a done deal but in the typical DCAS way...its not looking like that will be the case. We just have to wait and see.

Hater joe is back. All I know is that DCAS is DCAS. They say one thing and do another. I feel for you guys...i really do. But if this wait has shown you anything it's that DCAS pretty much runs the show. The job can ask and ask but DCAS releases it when they want.

No clue what the holdup is with DCAS. Unlike our job that has a ton of external oversight (i.e., oig, federal monitor, ccrb, city council) that keeps us accountable...i dont think DCAS has the same. So city agencies are held at their mercy. Damn shame.

Lol good idea but you would have to put every person on the forum on that list from dabrat to sniffendickz to bill parcellls to myself to many of gurus. But 99% of the time we are right. DCAS is the wild card. The only person who wouldnt be on that is DRpapi who never has any intel. Lol.

All Im saying is, and ive been saying since day one, is that dcas controls the release of the list. They probably told the job thanksgiving then dec 1 then dec 27 but decided against it for whatever reason. Dcas runs the show ladies and gentlemen. We just have to wait and see.
