Not only are their questions sloppy and incorrect, with some questions just being cut off, but apparently they are ripping their questions off of Rising Star, the key and elite packets. They were cut and pasted so quickly the questions and answers don't even correspond
lol! These guys are huge frauds. The 3 schools should sue the f out of them. they also refund their students.
Thanks cat. I have dozens and dozens of examples of how they are lifting our questions verbatim. They are not even editing them properly. Like this (as just one example of many)
The questions that they stole are not "re-writes" so they can't even use that as a defense. The same exact numbering with OUR question "28" and their question 9 that starts out with "28" is without a doubt evidence that they lifted our material--along with the fact that is clearly the same question!

Copyright Infringement Penalties
Copyright infringement is the act of violating any of a copyright owners exclusive rights granted by the federal Copyright Act. There are three elements that must be in place in order for the infringement to occur.
The copyright holder must have a valid copyright.
The person who is allegedly infringing must have access to the copyrighted work.
The duplication of the copyrighted work must be outside the exceptions.
The legal penalties for copyright infringement are:
Infringer pays the actual dollar amount of damages and profits.
The law provides a range from $200 to $150,000 for each work infringed.
Infringer pays for all attorneys fees and court costs.
The Court can issue an injunction to stop the infringing acts.
The Court can impound the illegal works.
The infringer can go to jail.
A $150K fine per question, and possible jail time! And to think these humps are one of "us" in blue? Supposedly our brothers.....just disgusting! SMH
