How's the rising star class/material so far?

Freakin awesome! They really make you think about the patrol guide differently. Theres so much stuff I thought I knew, but the way it's presented you will never forget it. for example they go over a procedure and ask you a question and you're like wtf? i thought I knew that step. Def better than anything Ive done before.

Really top-notch. Can't say enough good things about the class, new format of the material, and overall approach. They should have gone live a long time ago, but better late than never i guess

Yeah. They post it online. I'm one of the few who goes live actually. the majority of people I know doing Rising Star do it from home.

Hey eze, love the live classes but I notice that the live classes are 2 1/2 hours but the videos are are over 3-3 1/2 hours. Are you going to continue adding extra content to the video? How about adding an hour extra for captains duties.

The online videos are an hour longer because we add a 3rd instructor there. He covers the same material I cover, more or less, but in a different way. It gives people a chance to see which instructor the like best.

The classes are team taught: I teach with Brian and Joe and Tony teach together. Glad you like it so far

We filmed tonight and we will upload everything by tomorrow evening at the latest. 207 is big so we will have 4 videos up.

Have to say, some questions are ground ball, others make you want to pull your hair out. I'm doing r/s and elite. Yano is a little too ****y at times but his teaching style and animated antics keep you interested. His material is good but I feel rising star gives you the edge you need. Nothing will replace hard work and reading the patrol guide though.
