I'm assuming we would hear something during the Phase 1 training in 2 weeks.

Yeah, I think they're gonna jerk us this month. Last year we had both December and January class. This year they're gonna make up for it by not having one in either months.

Well we do have that Phase 1 training coming up. Idk maybe a class will start on the 26 of this month...

We would have definitely heard some solid rumors right about now if there was a class on the 26th.

I know promotions date is set for Friday, January 27th. Hopefully the new year will bring us some good news.

 So by that logic, going in reverse. What would be the class start date In Jan?

You are correct hairbag. Promotion date doesn't guarantee a sgt promotion but we are all hoping that is the case.

Sometime they promote people upfront and start bmoc training later down the line.

 January 2nd is a possible start date, but I'm sure you would have heard some rumors about a January class by now.

Iris, at this point you can tell me that Santa is going to leave my promotion under the Christmas Tree and I will take it. lol 

Some people have received notification for phase one on January 19. If they don't have a BMOC class when they have a phase one, I guess February it is. This is really ridiculous at this point.

According to the Personnel Orders 12/23/16 .. LT's finished their Leadership training on 12/19/16. 

So, if they had LT's in for December is it safe to say that is why December was a ZERO Month for Sgt's?

have they put in LT and SGT "bmoc" classes at the same time in the past ?

or does the job only put in One Rank Leadership courses at a time per month ?

 

They've run a Sgts, LT and CPT class before all during the same month. They will do whatever they want to do.

About 125 away was finally notified for Phase One on 1/19, from a message dated last week. Admin is horrible at my cmd.

So far, they have promoted about 480 people in 13 months so an average of about 37 people per month.

This is rate of promotion for the 2013 Sgts list BUT there's really no pattern so don't go crazy with these numbers.

Phase 1?

NO JANUARY CLASS. NO JANUARY CLASS

Apparently they are already notifying people for phase one training beyond the 700 mark, that's about 200 names away, is that normal or are they planning some big bmocs soon, obviously nobody knows but it's a hopeful sign
