Why are you thanking him? There's PLENTY of time in the LDC to ask. Him saying he hasn't had the chance basically means that he hasn't felt like asking

At least he responded, the only one to respond. Normally one of the LDC/BMOC instructors will say something about the next class without asking, at least thats what happened when I was in BMOC.
