you only need a day in rank to take the test, as far as im aware, you can register as soon as you make rank...ive seen several threads in the past about this indicating you can do this

Scrubbed off a few more. Usually the problem is the ladies with the name changes. It was one during the test and another when the call drops. If the name isn't similar easy to find
