The city has responded to the lawsuit.  Within this response it can be determined that the TVB LTs suggested Zero Throwouts.   dcas in fact did state what we should have studied without mentioning Ops orders and ccrg by name  (Dcas is not required to, and has city rules to back em up). Also stated in the response was that tvb is binding, the LTs knew exactly what they were doing and the 12 rumor was a complete fabrication.

Let's not forget a huge majority of this mess is the jobs fault ... Every sergeant wants to attack every Sgt and dcas this and dcas that...
I ask you this .. Who wrote the questions , who did that captain work for ? Who choose that captain to oversee this test ? Who allowed the years upon years of make up shenanigans .. The job
