Several of those sergeants never would have hit top pay because they would have been lieutenants a few months ago if it weren't for the selfish actions of certain individuals.

I know you don't wanna hear this but you'll be promoted 100% very soon......Lets all just act little mature instead of all the name calling here. Those "fellow sgts" used this very same forum to trash and tarnish the entire 2015 Lt list to the media. That's why barely anyone is posting anything on here.

Yeah, I'm about as "cop's cop" as you get and I refuse to call them fellow sergeants. Their false accusations against people who took the exam on April 18 have caused a nightmare for many people who never did anything to them. They're all scumbags.
If u feel so strongly against them why not go talk to them face to face instead of trashing them. Now if u have done that already i apologize i do not know these guys personally. What is done, is done no need to attack fellow cops, the public and the press is doing a great job at it no need for us to do the same.

Why would I talk to them? Would you try to talk it out with the guys who were partying with Brancato? Go see where Michael Dowd was coming from? I told you, these guys aren't fellow sergeants to me, they're selfish scumbags who only care about themselves. Attacking 164 original test day passers who ABSOLUTELY did not cheat and did nothing to hurt them was selfish and despicable. They aren't cops in my eyes.
Alittle excessive to compare them to those guys, but thats just my opinion. Keep in mind if their lawsuit does get questions thrown out and future test to not be administered on a saturday to stop the scammers as Bratton himself has said. They will be concidered heros to those who gain the points they needed to get on.

I hear where you're coming from and suspect you probably contributed to their cause. You keep leaving out a key component though: the false accusations against original day passers and freezing promotions for sergeants who didn't cheat.

Why didn't they try to change it after the sergeants test, bc they passed and couldn't care less how many people "cheated." They don't want change, they are the cry babies of the world, and feel they are entitled to be on this list bc they took the exam. Give me a break.

Exactly. This is the point everyone is missing. The judge is not and cannot throw out questions or magically curve the test. However this whole ordeal holding up current promotions is no doubt delaying the next test.
