with more than three years remaining on the clock, i wouldn't worry about not getting promoted. it's just going to be a while given the small amount of retirements and this reallocation of captains spots.

Don't expect anything soon either. Last I was told, July would be lucky...most likely not until after Summer.

exactly how I saw this playing out. just hope they make at least one class this year.
