Now that the nonsense is (hopefully) over ....

Are people still projecting an early 2017 test? 

Also is the list 204 or 164? News reported it as 164 but the list on here has over 200?

 More of the same nonsense. Prob cost a pretty penny too. From what the judge said today, they have zero chance here. They don't even begin to meet the criteria for a successful case. Time to move on.

Amended complaint? Oh you mean where the slimy 9 expect the Federal courts to act like a new TVB and toss out test questions? That complaint? Probably in the trash with the rest of their "case".

Yes, there will absolutely be an early 2017 test, should be announced very soon.

List is 204, 164 is the number of people who passed on April 18, 2015.
