I believe tomorrow will be a reality check for plaintiffs. Hopefully, tomorrow the Judge will give some kind of sense if he is leaning towards denying plaintiffs request for a TRO. Either way we will find out shortly. I predict promotions by the first week of June. This frivolous lawsuit will be over soon. Should of tried an Article 78 instead of this nonsense. After this motion is denied, I hope plaintiffs wake up and stop paying this attorney.
