All of this could of been avoided, if we had a just TVB. There were questions that had flaws. questions on material not named on the NOE and a question on material passed the cut off date. What you have to realize is this is NOT just delaying promotions. This city has already caved by willing to negotiate. This hasn't happened in years on this job. And yes they can throw out exams and no ur suit won't go anywhere. Been done before and it is actually the best option for them cause it shows a dedication to the testing process and a clean and fair slate for all. So please stop with these counter suits they go nowhere. Save ur money, remember we are all for the most point useless cogs in a bureaucracy and one day the cog Retires. With that being said, the focus is getting away from the make up scammers and directed to the band of 9---who in my opinion have more balls then most of u. I simply don't care enough anymore to pony up more money and am to damn close to retiring from this penal colony then to chuck thousands away. However, they did. And you know what. It's working. They have this blasted all over the news and trust me the word on the street is the city is probably going to negotiate. Not 100%. Only other option is to chuck it. Daily news, Ny1 and any other media outlet should report how unfair it is that Nypd Sergeants that practice certain religions and military personnel who are risking there lives in NYC and as a soldier defending this country are being labeled as cheaters because of 9 jealous, envious losers who failed the test. The NYPD and the city law department do not want to violate federal law and discriminate against our real heros and our brilliant Sergeants who practice various religions and faiths. Maybe those 9 disrespectful, intolerant, selfish cowards should learn how to be more tolerant of our cities multicultural population and understand we have laws to protect people from being discriminated against. They say they want and deserve to be a Lt. but can't handle taking a test in a controlled environment with a little music. How are they going to make a swift and wise decision in a chaotic situation in the streets of NYC. These clowns are willing to lye and fabricate stories because they are envious, jealous and evil individuals. They have no integrity and don't belong on this job.
