I have received 100% credible intel that IAB is investigating EVERYONE who took make-up exams, including the 2014 Captains test. This does not mean people will not get promoted, but it DOES mean their promotions will be delayed "pending investigation". Get ready to see a whole bunch of people who are skipped for the first couple of Lt's classes.

I agree, they should fill the vacancies, but they won't.The list should be at least a little bigger too, the Department should have done something to curve the test. They are going to be short on lieutenants for a while because of how small this list is.

True, the fact that person B asks person A for answers may not constitute "cheating" but the cheating may be why did person B take the test on an alternate day. If there actually happens to be an investigation that will probably be what the questions will be about.

30's maybe not because there will be passovers for other reasons, but 40's the rumor is definitely true unless they're putting in more than 26. I'm not getting called unless they put more than 26 people in and the 24 passover rumor is true, but just in case I don't want the civilians to drop the ball.

If you're on vacation do they still notify you or they pass you over?

Interesting PERSONAL definition of cheating. Unfortunately you missed the part that says acting unfairly in order to gain advantage. Knowing the questions word for word before you take your makeup that were obtained after the protest session falls in that category. You dont need any codes of silence/contracts to act unfairly.....

It still does not define cheating. You guys are beating a dead horse.

Id like to see how many sgts are willing to go in to a GO and say Yeah i asked people who took the test before me what questions were on the test and what procedures I should focus on. They gave me a bunch of information about what was on the test. But hey thats not cheating.
