Even if no LTS confirmed yet, I remember reading theres still a promo scheduled for detectives and civilians?

I'm sure that there are promotions at the end of the month. Someone on this site said Friday the 26th of February. I was told the 29th of February. There are AM and PM promotions, definitely discretionary promotions, I don't know if LT'S are in there also.

Promotions are next Friday. There are few getting the Detective Shield, a boatload of civilians and an undetermined amout of discretionaries. Among the latter, there is a lot of talk around the water cooler about exective movement coming down. I don't see anything happening for that date. For starters, the job hasn't even dropped the list yet. Secondly, even though there are two sessions, the civilians alone could fill the auditorium for both They'd have to have a two-day promotion to facilitate Sgts, Lts & Capts.

Even if they promote a whole bunch of captains to DI, or promote a class of lieutenants to captain that would be great news for us. Obviously I want our list to get started, but this would be second best
