lol it is pretty funny. I personally think that we shouldn't hate the player we should hate the game. What these "scammers" did is anything but. The job allows this to happen. We need to changed the game. Anyway#82 is marked as military, apparently he is a good guy who is proud military. "He uses the military to serve his country and not to scam on these promotional exams"- said someone who works w/ him. I think that when someone new goes into a command, that their reputation precedes them. I think that we all know the true scammers in our command. I hope this list doesn't taint anyone who doesn't deserve it.

I believe in true integrity of these exams. I am very vocal about the alternate date with some extreme exceptions... And I practice what I preach. On the 2011 SGT exam, I was out for a few weeks with a VERY SERIOUS medical condition. I got a procedure done to correct it. Long story short the surgeon wanted to keep me out past the test. I begged and pleaded and he put me back full duty just so I could take it on the original day and feel true pride with a passing score. He put me back and I passed. That's my story. Some may call me stupid or say I missed a great opportunity to get the alternate, but I don't care. I earned it... 98% of the people with an *asterisk* could have taken the test original day of they wanted to.

Military: you knew your date way in advance, you could have made arrangements for a new date. This is referring to the reservists and weekend drills.... This obviously doesn't apply to all cases and it doesn't apply to legit deployments.
Religious: is God really gonna care if you take a pencil scantron test with the aim to improve the life of your family? Give me a break.
Sick/LOD: see above story by me

There. 98% solved and it's no longer a scandal.
You wanna scam? Then be ready to e labeled a scammer.

Actually, it's not safe to assume. Before you label someone a scammer, you should be 100% sure. It's pretty ignorant to assume someone is of a certain faith based on their name.

Hey I pointed out to my buddies one thing that's interesting. I ran a lot of these guys you guys posted with asterisks meaning makeups. A Good bunch believe it or not are in IAB. A unit that is supposed to monitor cops integrity and have members with the upmost integrity. Pulled a scam to do makeup exams. Hmmmmmmmm......Just putting it out there. run these guys and you ll see what I mean.

Yes 7 was sitting on the desk when saw a hypo needle sitting in the floor 10 days before the exam and decided to pick it up . "Mystyriously " she got stuck with the needle and pulled LOD to take exam months later . She did the similar scam for her Sgt exam while working in psa5.....

Not if they still cheated. 104, really? The guys who wrote the Patrol Guide couldn't have even passed, let alone gotten a 104 on that crap. Yano himself would be lucky to eek out an 80.

There may be be five or six legit guys who didn't cheat, but how do we know who cheated and who didn't? Even guys who didn't outright cheat must have at least gotten a heads up about certain parts of the test. Some will unfairly be grouped in with the scammers, but nothing is going to happen to them other than having the asterisk meaning they took the test late. We need this information to try to get the city to change this practice that sanctions corruption.

Psycho Vuccinaj must be mad that our vitriol is now directed at the scammers rather than him and his ridiculous, flawed test that miraculously had zero changes.

You guys are really out of control. Most of what you guys are saying is pure speculation. Just because someone took a makeup doesn't mean that they cheated. If everyone that took a makeup was a cheater or scammer, then none of the makeup testers would have failed. You're going so far as to say that military guys can ORDER themselves activated, etc..... absolutely nuts. Keep in mind that religious groups and military are both protected classes in OEEO. Some of you guys better be very careful of what you say and post. This all could be considered discrimination and a Log# could be dropped on everyone bashing those groups or posting derogatory information. I'd be very careful! IJS

if you are poor private first class at the button of weapons company somewhere in LI then yes you can not activate yourself. but if you are marine major in charge of admin stuff, pencil pusher, then yes you can mysteriously and legitimely go to California for some sort of a mission. military has all kinds of trainings all the time.

this doesn't apply for those weekend warriors who were deployed to Afghanistan(thats the only place where we conduct legit combat mission) Iraq is out of question unless you are in SF or drone operator.

Also a lot of military guys I know are pretty hooked up in their units, I think they could definitely manipulate themselves into being activated for a drill.

Again, not all of them are cheaters, but the numbers speak for themselves, the majority are. Exponentially larger passing percentage, you're lying to yourself and everyone here if you don't see the corruption in this. If they weren't cheating their passing percent should be similar to,or at least in the ballpark of, the rest of us. Even if they had double or triple the passing rate of the original 128 I could look the other way, but let us not mince words, this is ludicrous corruption.

There is a military reservist who never spent a day in rank in sgt or lt because he would activate himself for years at time for some bs stateside mission, take makeup, come back for 5 days to get promoted in private ceremony at personnel, get activated again----take makeup-----does everyone see the trend. It's a fact. He even sued for back pay and won. Some may know who I talk of. So cop to cap-----the man who defends this scam every time he's on here------give it a rest. Yes-----cops can get orders for that specific wkend and show up and play place pool on base------come back Monday and take an exam 2-4 months later. That's a fact. And this time the masses got screwed and all this list is is the elite 128 and 76 scammers. And quite frankly------people are fed up.
