Check out Excelsior College. It costs about $300 to put your academy credits on an official transcript and you don't even need to enroll in a class!.
Depending on when u came on the job will determine how much credits you get.

John jay college accepts them All
But they do not have a 2 year program
So you must enroll in a BA/BS major
Bring your job ID and your JOB transcript.
90% of the time once your in their system they can just add the academy credits by using your Job ID since they already deal with enough cops to know the credits/courses that transfer over.
I used to work there while attending so believe me when I tell you CUNY - JOHN JAY COLLEGE, accepts ALL of the academy credits

Like a few others mentioned, Excelsior is pretty quick. A couple of weeks max. But i would allot yourself a month or so, as you'll be requesting transcripts from the educational tracking unit to forward them to Excelsior. etc etc.
