I've worked with more Jewish cops that don't have Fri/Sat off than ones that do. There are plenty who aren't scammers and work normal tours like everyone else.

This time around he succeeded...in passing a Lt exam with no integrity.

 Throwdown, save your borderline hate speech for thee rant.  Consider this your final warning.  The overwhelming majority of Jewish cops took the test on Saturday.  Did a few scam that aren't religious? Most likely.  Did religious Jews have an unfair advantage. Surely, but that is DCAS' fault for not giving the test on a Sunday.

 Do what u gotta do, I will never be in favor of anyone who wants accommodations when they knowingly sign up to paramilitary organization knowing full well what the job entails, while others must always play by the rules, others for a variety of reasons don't have to...if you consider that hate speech ban away.

I know a lot of you'll are upset about the exam but I would be careful about calling people scammers and cheaters with little to no proof. Then when people put individuals out on social media and label them with out just cause, you're violating federal law at this site and individuals can be held responsible. Not starting but just be cautious because you all are walking down a slippery slope.

That is kinda fishy but what proof besides that do you have? We can think it all we want but to put a person on blast using social media without hard facts can be dangerous. I'm not shaky one bit just stating facts!

They cheated, once the asterisk list is complete it will be overwhelmingly apparent. I'm not saying 100% of those who took a make-up exam cheated, but look at how many in the top 20 are make-up exam takers. That speaks for itself, if you don't see that you probably think the world is flat and still believe in Santa. Stop defending it.

Sixmonthwonder, yes it does look real bad and fishy but, just came from a military meeting tonight and things like this and other topics was brought up and different violations of federal law came up. It was just a warning people can take it or leave just putting it out there.

How does a bunch of people complaining on a promotional exam forum violate federal law?  Please provide the statute.

Does it look bad that so many make ups passed yes, but to single out any group of people even the military whom was on duty either serving overseas or state side serving their country As cheaters and scammers with out hard proof violates that rule. It not up to them to prove you are not single them out it's up to the other party to prove their case. Can get the law tomorrow and DM it to you so you can read it for yourself.

 Lol @ the violation of "Federal Law". Please enlighten us as to which federal statue is being violated? 

Any honest military man (myself included ) is disgusted by the fact that the scammers are using the military as a subterfuge to promotion.  The military is an honorable service made so by the memory of the men and women that paid the ultimate sacrifice. To use this honorable service to cheat speaks volumes of one's integrity and to come on here and defended them is ridiculous.  

 

As for the military scammers that have already been named they are personally known to the people who have reported them.

 Exactly. Not sure what the solution is for the military scammers, but it is very easy to fix the problem with the religious observe ne scammers. Give the test on a Sunday or midweek.

hmmm, I know I read somewhere on this forum about a lawsuit.. Any further info on that? Something has to be done about this flawed system.

 I can translate.  

Basically it says I am one of the military scammers you have outed on this forum by putting an asterisk next to my name. Now I am embarrassed because everyone knows I rescheduled my drill to coincide with this Lt test and my previous Sgt test :( 

So I am ranting and making up federal laws in attempt to scare people from shaming me on the forum. But I don't make sense when I post something and I just ramble on.

Whatever the Department and DCAS decides to do, I hope they will do it in an expeditious manner...otherwise it will be another long long long wait (months and possibly years) for the legit passers, "not so" legit passers, and the rest of the not so lucky people that failed the exam. We need the Department and DCAS to establish a better way to administer these types of exams. And the Department should really find the most "qualified" people to write these exams with the type of questions that corresponds to our job duties/requirements. Otherwise the next exam or exams (does not matter which rank it is) will still have tons of controversies which will create problems throughout the lower ranks of the entire Department.

I did up to number 28..3 don't have time....2 are modified....I'll post which ones tomorrow at work
