So I posted this earlier and I don't know why it got deleted. I called a lawyer who deals with lawsuits regarding similar situations such as this horrible test and explain to him the highlighter issues of not being able to use in some schools, the notice of examination not stating several things that were on the test and finally how many can schedule military and take the test months even 6 months later. He basically said that is more than enough to begin a law suit. He mentions there was a lawsuit not long ago about the size of a seats. Let me know what you guys think. There are at least two in my command who scammed military and maybe on the first class which is BS and others who worked extremely hard and are at 66 67 and 68th that is unacceptable. Finally I got in contact with someone at the media nd she mention this lack of integrity as far as putting supervisors who cheat on this job especially with this whole cpr situation that cane out with the liang case. It will be a great headline let me know any thoughts
It's definitely worth looking into. If you can get at least 50-100 people at about 500-1000 bucks there would be excellent representation and results.
However, a lot of people are jumping to conclusions based on a rumor of 0 changes. I'm not saying you shouldnt prepare for the worse, but you have to understand that people are getting into a frenzy based on completely made up rumors.
Cathetel. You're right about that however regardless of the throw outs it would be nice to have the system changed in which scammers can't scam anymore . In today's world this should be banned however it is still allowed it is a huge integrity issue which needs to be dealt with and unfortunately like everything else this may change with a lawsuit . And we just have to prepare early
Dejavu, 2011 test and numerous sgt tests of the past...
Same here, but this one is a lot different because of the op orders. Without that, to me there is no law suit.
Ops orders have appeared on past exams and only a cpl counted on this one. We shoulda been prepared for them. I was disappointed in the key not providing them. But in the end it was my fault
If the list is as small as people are saying, it will be exhausted by the time the suit gets any traction. I wish you guys the best of luck but I don't see it working out. It would literally take years to subpoena and audit the protests, we all know the speed at which this stuff goes.
Also, while you guys have invested money and are waiting for the lawsuit to progress, another test will be announced and new classes will begin. All your peers will be studying again while the lawsuit guys wait around for lawyers to fight this battle and soak up that retainer fee. Again I wish you the best of luck but think real hard about this and don't let your emotions dictate your course of action.
