I have no intel.. none-what-so-ever.. The "big" word that on streets was that the list was coming out TODAY, 2/17/16..
Now since 1800hours have come and gone, the story switches that it would come out tomorrow..
That leads me to believe the whole zero changes is also a "Big" bad rumor..
