Wingut that's 100% correct- at the cop level. Most COs interested in a promotion however want to address those chronic 311 before they make it downtown... I'm hoping for the latter one lol

Again, we waste hour time here writing sh!t that definitely don't go anywhere. Why not writing a couple of lines to a person that has the authority of curving the test and/or finding some type of solution to that mess we took. "It's not over, till it's over."
