I agree with robocop. I believe the 2015 list will be manufactured to a list of 600-660.

considering there is temp hold right now on promotions in the ranks above captain I think promotions may be slowed down a little right now. With the whole new way they want to do executive promotions. It will def impact captain promotions and then impact Lt. Promotions and so on until they get this new procedure rolling. But well see I guess.
