there are phases to your promotion process....i believe 5 of them. Phase 1 is pre bmoc basically. You go down to bmoc for one day prior to you being called for bmoc and they basically give you pre training....then they give you hw assignments like pairing with the DO for the day and writting in the command log. I NEVER went.....so i may be alil off with the explanation but this is what i remember it was like 4 years ago. I believe phase 2-4 is completed in BMOC...phase 5...which i did go to was one more day at bmoc after graduation. Its a basic day at bmoc going over what you have learned.

i went to Phase 1 and 2 years later I got promoted... It's completely useless nonsense. They dont give you any info they just hype you up and then like the rest of this job Hurry up and wait. Other guys in my command didnt get it because of RODs or Vaction ect. They all got promoted. Waste of time, avoid it if you can... Its a long ass drive to Queens for nothing.
