i am hesitant to post this...but if you want to throw negativity around so be it. I dont believe the tvb has concluded. It is very very close...on the final stages actually. I promise you this is not a i heard from a friend of a friend. It comes direct from someone involved. The possible 10 changes is also truth as others have said before.

The TVB, is done there are people who know the questions, the vacancies and promotion will cause the list to be published a lot sooner than anticipated.

This reminds me to the Saturday leading to the test. For me it was judgement day but no one else cared. TVB is not some secret tribunal. It's just a panel to discuss questions the city gives 100s test with the same protocol. But just like the throw outs you guys don't have self control and instead of PM, you're going act as if you are some big wig who's in the know. Post info and make people look like *******s. Not you in particular sgt2be but you get my drift.

I hear ya. Listen I post the info I have and would not say unless I'm very confident. Yes a lt was released from tvb....very true info. Reason is bc he's being promoted to captain. Some who say the lts were released prob know this guy. But the tvb is not completed just left to one guy to finish up the remaining. YES the changes are done..but there is paper work involved

If the tvb convined, why can't the changes be released?. Are the Lt on the tvb still sworn to secrecy? I understand them not discussing there findings during the tvb because of integrity concerns but after the tvb info should be leaked out.

I can't see it not being leaked by Friday. I talked with a few guys this am and people do in fact know the numbers of all 10 changes. Amazingly my guy doesn't, knows that 10 changes are hands down confirmed. In saying by Friday everyone knows numbers of changes.
