I think only if you passed you would get it now. If you pass after the TVB and requested veteran points then you would get the notice after the final key is out. At least this is more good news that things are moving along.

The guys who failed who get tosses/doubles/triples will get it down the line if they pass. So if ur a vet that's how u ll know if u picked up points. If u get one in s coir of months and u were below 70----u picked up the points to pass. My buddy was a 63 wrote off last exam and put in for DB, gets a letter in May of 12 saying to claim his points. Lol. I'm sure there will be more of that this exam was garbage. 128----not happening.

whats very interesting about this vet credit is last time the letters went out after the TVB was done. guys who were in the 60 s started getting their letters and were shocked b/c they failed. this time----guys who only passed are getting the letters. i dont see this as a good sign for us who failed. congrats to u guys tho!

Not true, people that pass get notified first than those that pass after tvb.  In essence 2 different sets if it applies.

Oh ok. Good to know. I know one of my buddy's who's a lt now who got a 63 and he blew off test. Got vet credit later to go down and was like oh ok I passed. Lol. Nuts. So the vets who get a letter after this tvb know they picked up points then.

I heard you can do it through the mail, but I'm not sure of the address. Best bet is just go to DCAS in person.

Correct.  Goto dcas in person and order it.  You'll get it in the mail within a few days

I called DCAS, they gave me a fax# to send a letter to requesting my scantron. The scantron was e-mailed to me within a few days. Just another option if going down there is inconvenient.

You musta got lucky. I got mine after calling DCAS and going in person. I called before going there and they said you have to one in person.

I had heard the same immediately after the test. I waited until the very end of May to request it, maybe by then they were more organized. It seemed like common practice when I called. Another sgt had given me the advice and the e-mail from DCAS looked like a generic response with my personal info placed into it. After the protest session there was no way I was heading back down there.

for the guys who got the letter, was there a date that you had to go down to dcas by to verify youre vet status?  this might be telling of when they will release the list....

I got the letter back at the end of August, and they wanted me to show up at centre street like a day later with proof of military service (dd214). I think it was Sept 2nd. I ended up not going (scored pretty high already and did not want to waste points on this test.).

I'm surprised you didn't use. This is the competitive exam and every pt counts. What did you score? Guessing you're going to take captain?
