During the protest I had the book in front of me with the answer and question and the answer still didn't make sense, any body that thinks this test was ground ball is just a tool bag.

this test becomes a lot easier when you have 6 weeks with it and the book infront of you! suddenly...when the questions points to a procedure...all you have to do is go to the page and find the answer! Now, what ppl have working for them is that these lts HAVE TO KNOW the rumors of this list being 128. So with that, hopefully they go with the mindset that even though the answers are right here....are there any answers that oculd be derived as better choices.
I don't know, I spent at least an hour on question #1 during the protest. I think all the info clearly led you to B. I doubt so many of us missed the same thing.
How about the Cims question with the meteorologist ? I read the whole procedure right after the test and no mention. The dv question I believe was 54 had so many holes which I submitted in the protest . Also the old lady with the 53 # 78?? They locked you into the wrong procedure . Maybe not good for a throw out but at least a double
cims was correct based on the chart...which is listed in that procedure...i got the wrong btw but im a strong believer it will stand. Dv question i looked at hard with the pg in hand...it was confusing as all hell...but breaking down the question revealed that it was a good question in my eyes. I dont remember the question for 78.
Ahh I went through the chart too, didn't see anything about a meteorologist but easily could've missed something. Some of these questions were so facked up, prime example the dv question, I wouldnt be able to answer it with an open book so who knows . I chose A for number 1 and spent a long time on it. Who knows why, probably had a good reason at the time . There were a lot of REALLY grimey ones that I caught and said to myself wow! Only a sick man would write such a conniving messed up question like this. That's cause I studied 8-10 hours a day.. And that still only landed me a 69. Smh...
Wow. Su Madre has capt insano Stockholm syndrome. That was truly a pathetic kool aid induced rant pal. Please go out and get wasted or smack ur self a good 10-15 x. This is the first evidence of the v man induced seeds he planted in the heads of sgts that day. Fight it my brother----ur sheeple induced rant backing up the v man was truly nauseating.
Thank god brother. I thought the vouche had made u a fail-bot and u were gonna be praising the accolades of this exam. This is what this man wants, do not succumb!!! We will prevail guys---let's wait and see what's tossed. Love all u guys even with ur cyber venom
It's one thing thing to create a test that is very challenging, it's another to go out of your way to make it pretty much impossible. That's what he intended to do, that's just the kind of person he is . Everyone knows what a low life this guy is . I bet he's furious that 128 passed, he wanted everyone to fail. With a test that hard I'm shocked that even 128 passed. Let's hope dcas and these lt's do the right thing and at least maybe those with 67+ make it.
#10 definitely has a double answer. Patrol guide is NOT clear on the matter of the subject at hand, a crime was committed, and person refused the po po's directions. Either summons or arrest, it becomes subjective to the cop on scene.

actually i believe for that procedure it is clear on what to do....however i believe the sticking point is no mention of any valid id as per pg section 209 for issuance of summonses. May have a point on that one, but to me i got it wrong bc i misinterpreted that procedure so i cant complain for dropping that one.
I just received a fax at work stating Yanosik is hosting a Free "Webinar" which he will discuss
1) Status of promotional list (will not apply to me because I got a 60 on this ridiculous exam)
2) What you need to do now to prepare for your next promotional exam (I must have missed this part during the cram and regular class)
3) Elements of promotional exam. (?????)
4) Questions and Answer Session (My only question is where were you after this ridiculous exam when your students needed you?)
Those interested can email him for more information.
well all i got was that this is an even bigger debacle then last time. which is nothing new to us. i also heard 2 months as well, the 4x as many protests as last exam is a fact so its gonna be awhile. early november should be out. these guys are sworn to secrecy until there going back to cmds so i dont think we ll get much---even my guy said same thing.
To the Lieutenants assigned to TVB, please take all the time allowed and go through each question that was protested with a fine comb! That's all I ask.... Please be fair and open -minded! Thank you....

and just like that you can hear hearts breaking everywhere.... mine included smh
I agree that this test was a debacle and that there were more protests than 2011 Lt test, however I'm not sure if that'll translate into a longer tvb. Think about it once they see fit to throw out a question there is no need to read through all the protests for that question. And the same will go for double and triple answers.
If I was a lt assigned to tvb I would be as far as can be. At the same time I would be in no hurry to go back to patrol. I would assume that the lt's that are assigned to tvb are all patrol taking it easy.
this is true DETSGT, once a question is deemed tossable or another answer as good as or better than...... the rest of the protests for that particular question do not need to be read thru. however, you have to realize there were more PG flaws on this one then last. most of the toss outs from last exam were indeed PG questions---not the judgement questions. most of those stood. the grammatical wording on this exam was awful---as well as some of the PG questions skewed. u didnt have to know the PG as well last exam as this one---which many of these exam takers knew pretty darn cold. i believe the TVB panel will be fair and what will be will be. I think all one has to do is sit and look at these questions and the story tells itself. the in-basket was the killer in this----ur looking at most failures coming from that. that in basket dissection alone will be time costly.
FYI: They have to go through all of them and answer each one out. Also if one protest proves that choice A is as good as their answer you would not want them to stop. There may be another protest that proves choice's A and B are just as good. Time will tell.

This TVB will be swift and quick since it was amateur hour on the protester's side. There were protesters who got some help on the mail-ins but making numerous copies and referencing pages and putting the exam number and page#s... Etc it's a process most of us are not familiar with. The fate of those who need points lies on what kind of help the mail ins got from the schools.

yes they all have to be read through but once a decision is made on the question, they are consolidated. where are you getting your info? my boy was on the 2006 exam TVB and told me exactly that. yes--all protests are answered so to speak but once a decision is made(toss/double/triple) on its bad they are consolidated. the schools helped majorly--just because they arent at protest doesnt mean its amateur hour. i agree---time will tell.

I wish I was as optimistic as you are and I would love nothing more than to enable this hopefest... but Unfortunately, after the schools stopped taking the tests correct me if I'm wrong the average of throwout/doubles etc has been ONE per test. Don't argue with me just respect my assessment and agree to disagree.
