Brat confirmed 54 going into BMOC or whatever they call it now, on 8/31.  That leaves roughly 28 names plus pass overs on the 2011 list.  This means that October is the first potential class of promotions from our list.

Yes god help us, 1658 and 1661 were removed from list making it 23 eligible names left. But at this point what's another two names.
