Don't know if it has been posted on the 2011 forum but 36 lieutenants going to be promoted at the end of August, the 31st I think it was. What does that mean for our list? Sooner rather than later???

It means the tvb will convene sometime, then sometime after that the 2015 list will be established. Thennnnn they'll start hiring off that list.

question cant be answered...they must read through each appeal. If there are fewer appeals, then not as long. Guessing this test will be longer based on the sheer difficulty of the test.

they have so many protests...one would imagine 4-5 weeks filtering thru the protests.
