how many average captain promotions per year?  Based on current list, plus this list, when would you all predict the next captain exam?

Yeah, figure with the remaining people on the 2013 list, the 118 on the next list, that should easily be about 2 years worth of promotions. Exam roughly 6 months to a year before all names are exhausted? Figure that would be late 2016, early 2017?
