Why is 7 a throwout? I'm reading it now and getting a headache just reading these procedures. Someone please PM me about it, I just finished writing up a protest for 116 and was thinking of doing 7, I picked B (pretty much a guess). For it to be a throwout D would somehow have to be a correct statement, no?

Because later on in that same procedure you would notify that actor so technically that answer is correct. I got it right but protested it for my friend who needs that point.
It should be. At the protest, I went with some supporting documents, but realized while there that what I had brought with me was not enough. I attempted to articulate as best as I could why it should be a double. I have not discussed it here because it would give the question away.
I do need this to be a double a/b and I think we have pretty valid arguments. Can we put together a stronger protest for this question?
I protested that question with somebody else and we put up a good argument for it but it could be a long shot. There wasn't anything wrong with A that we could see...
118 will stand. i have it wrong too and had the possible "double". however some brainiac with a websters showed me why that selection was correct. it will hold---im disappointed too
