From this thread in the 2013 Sergeant Forum:

The only way to find out which questions got tossed or had double answers is to protest a question. If you submit a protest DCAS will send you an admission letter in about 4 to 5 months to see the review boards findings. I went to the 2013's. There they will show which ones were thrown out and why. They will also show all the protests that got rejected and why.

I'd say soon...I have a feeling that the protest was pushed forward to establish a list. heard June 18 for make up?? Can anyone confirm...they will then have protests along w tvb and list will be established

if the make up exam is on june 18 (needs to be confirmed) i figured it shouldnt take long to schedule the protest section,, if i remember correctly,,our protest section was schedule within 4 or 5 weeks after the exam.. i figure since the "scammers" are a fewer compare to the rest of us who took the exam on april 18,, their protest section i'm hoping is schedule withing 2 weeks after the exam !!

I agree that some of those will be doubles, triples, and throw outs. I don't think thats enough to get the list to 500.. maybe not even 400. I think they would have to chuck those three operations orders and then you would get your real big list.

after an UMOS funeral he went to the 105 and started yelling at the top of his lungs about uniforms to fellow cops. he is the worst kind on this job. and his trickery is showing gaps in it----just like his irregular times of showing up doing the duty in PBQS. we will prevail insano. just like all the videos of him and his antics in the pcts. eeo heaven. this man will cost the job in lawsuits

Ondeeair.... if you are right about the number of people between 65 and 69 you will need probably about 12 or 13 answers modified to break 500.

I spoke to Schedule B via pm and I said if they threw out Ops Orders and most of the list up above. That would secure a respectable list.

But I don't believe Ops Orders will be thrown out.

the protest session was like entering baghdad again after you lost 5 buddies. and for many----thats what this exam was. the casualties resulted from this exam are like none other. no matter what this troll stiggity wants to shout----a 2011 lucky ticket holder----this exam was on levels never seen before. never. you cant deny the fact that when the job has dog ca-ca on its shoe----it doesnt put up signs to curb your dog and fix the condition. it takes some all purpose cleaner, a paper towel, and whips the feces from the bottom of the shoe and keeps walking. they ll establish a list. my source said the exam again next yr is not going to happen. bratton is trying to make a dollar out of 50 cents-------400-500 will be crowned. just like the 128 club

I'm fighting 54 as a throw out and hoping for the best, but my friend is protesting it based on a double answer with D and that is a lock, read the Patrol Guide and read the question and tell me how it's not.

If operations orders were listed on the 2006 LT NOE, 2011 Sgt NOE, and 2013 Sgts NOE don't you believe it should be listed on the 2015 LT NOE?

ops orders have been tested before...it is nothing new....they didnt just appear out of no where like 2011 when thye asked from that book. For that reason i think they stick. We understand they werent listed....but i think its fair they were tested and a bunch were research anyways!

welll....i have the chance to be sane when looking at these protests...when your desperate you start reaching for any hope possible...like i said...7/10/106 to me are high probabilities...but i spent alot of time looking at those and not the others

i think 54 will stick as A....i looked at the question with a fresh mind and think the ony way you get a throwout is if you prove A is in fact correct statement. Someone pm me with why you think D is a double...i just dont see it..I see D as being correct statement

can someone PM how these aren't protestable. 1-double. 6-throwout. 45-double. 89-throwout. 97-double. 115-double. I don't see how these wouldn't be changed, I ve re read why and can't see why they wouldn't be validated.
