and im saying that the OO will stand. i just do. stapling them to the exam is a nice touch---but i just think its looooong shot. these are battles that would make the Irish mafia and Yano in mexico proud. the fight i saw being waged in the rooms of DCAS were nothing short of Spartan like mind battles. we are the first group with no promo school protest warriors----and we left with heads held high. i still see warriors sending in letters of assassination protesting these demonic exam created by satans spawn on this job. i am proud to call you fellow sgts.

From what i was told, TVB board will go thru entire test. Test like this must be scrutinized from every angle. Hopefully they will find more holes.

was told same thing. no logical Lt, TVB member, or DCAS member can neglect facts. stiggity s claim of gestapo panels and squads of death will not hold. you know why----they cant.

89. throwout. this was for the english broken cops on the job. standard non-ESL test takers cannot interpret
97. double. ICO---you know why. its airtight double
106. throwout. OO after cutoff date
115. double or throwout

if people were at protest----u know why. if these guys dont validate these protests insano got to them. period. lets stop the bologna.

45 was the ICO question, not 97. Either way both are doubles. PM if you care to know what 97 was.

i agree su. its scary. the morale on this job is in the gutter & i have never seen this many sgts just plain out disheartened. taking 6-7 months to study and comin up short shouldnt be the case---the job is in trouble

Crazy to think if these protests are validated (and I truly believe they will being I personally submitted very good articulate protests backed by supporting documentation) my score would get boosted into the 80's. Given this exam, even though I studied my a*s off for 8 months, I still feel like I had a lucky Saturday. Guy I know went from a 71 on Gambler's key to a 58 on the actual proposed DCAS key and I can't help but think that could've easily been me.

u gotta realize tho sched that there are Lt s now who scored some 58 s and 59 s. my op lt had a 61. some guys didnt pick up zilch. this exam tho---had trickery in PG questions. simply making some of them non-factual and WRONG. i d say if your in 70 s your an 80 s man and 60 men will be bottom feeders of the list. lets not ignore facts---these arguments state the facts. like joe friday.

i know a guy with 57 who made the list.
PG questions in 2011 weren't airtight, as i was taking the test i could not believe how poorly questions were written.

u are right about that. if they throwout lots of questions there will be plenty of people who scored upper 60's picking up more points than the ones who scored low-mid70s

say 19 questions thrown out-Su Madre might pick 13 and schedule only 3 lol.

that idiot who scored 58 picked up 13 points, i think his initials are TS, while my boy picked up only 4 64-68

I need 78 but I heard the 2013 Capt exam had a similar situation and the question stood tall and was not tossed. So I wouldn't place my bets on 78. Hopefully a different TVB sees things different.

guys i dont want to be that guy...but may i remind you that this list is some serious WISHFUL thinking. Even with a very good protest....you still have to convince 3 wild card lts to accept the protest. From there, you have to convince DCAS. Im not saying there wont be throwouts...but if you think this entire list will make the cut, i got a bridge for you to buy. This was not the 2011 test! 2011=subjective questions with poorly written patrol guide questions...2015=difficult patrol guide questions with SOME poorly written/wrong. Just because someone can articulate a question being thrown out....EX number 59....doesnt mean it will. This will be an uphill battle for sure, and we will all find out sooner rather than later.

going to have to disagree with you here....seems EVERYONE got these questions wrong. IM in the 80's...and if this list would hold true...id pick up 5 of 12 questions....that would bring my score with fitness/time to low 90's. This kind of test seems that ALOT of ppl got most of the same questions wrong...even the guys who passed

Just gonna say this one last time. This is not going to be a throw out (unless it gets thrown out based on the NOE). I can quote the exact CCRG page and section that makes it airtight, and I can explain the confusion that makes people question it. Same thing with # 59.

Also, just to reiterate what Sgt2be said, I'm at a 72 right now and I got the same questions wrong that are listed here as well. These throw outs would put me over 80 with seniority points. I hope it does happen though, I'm not some elitest that wants a 128 person list, it isn't fair to a lot of my fellow Sergeants who legitimately put the time in. I honestly feel like there was some serious luck involved with my passing score.

there was an exam wherein the grammar question was grammatically incorrect, and we all thought "thats a lock for a throwout"...nope

i think (but have zero knowledge) that the tvb must be strong or else nada gets changed ,,but i maybe wrong

Notice though....I know there will be throw outs....but some of those questions you are fighting to me are not strong arguements...106...10...7..to me strong arguements bc documentation proves those wrong...78? I got it wrong...but to throw it out based on wrong procedure? In fact..if it was wrong procedure you could still get the answer based on info from that procedure....or number 84...the one w messed up grammar...I got it right...I figured it out and if the lts sit there and xan figure it out as well that may mean no throwout

You guys/gals did your due diligence by protesting.
The very first part will be the TVB reviewing the protested questions. After they're done, its a wait till the list comes out.
