Actually I don't think it is. DCAS is being very tight. I've spoken to people that I know would have given me Intell on it and they got nothing.

Im hearing that DCAS gave the list to the job. Not sure if it is true or not, thats just what I am hearing.

As of this morning, there are no promotions scheduled for May 22. A while back I had also heard the projected "list drop" date for sometime in May from someone who was liaisoning with DCAS on another mattter. However, they stated today that despite the Department's frequent inquiries as to its status, the list has still not been released. That being said, it's not impossible for it to be released tomorrow, or the day after or whenever.... but I agree with those who believe it is not currently in "job" hands. I barely post here, but thought I'd share what I trust to be valid information for those interested.
