I didn't fight 106 but i gave the page of my patrol guide to someone else who did. It is absolutely a throw out. I feel 1 should be A or B. a few of us in my room wrote our protest about it together. I also believe 78 should be a throwout cuz they locked us in the wrong procedure.... but i guess we will see. Smh

I'm surprised no one is protesting number 6. Its factually impossible to have that happen.

I protested the following:

10 (Throw out/Double Answer: A/B)
45 (Double Answer: A/C)
97 (Double Answer: B/D)
115 (Double Answer: A/B)
89 (Throw out Poorly written)
106 (Definite Throw out)
59 (Wrong Answer)

And the ops orders questions: 17, 18, 27, 79.

As I said before I already have a 75 but I know many who studied just as hard as I did who are getting shafted so I hope with me being there today I helped the cause. Good luck to all, hope to see some of you in white shirts. PM me for details or any questions you have.

With all these questions protested. How many do you guys think will have doubled/triples answer or throw outs. How many questions were protested in 2011?

106 is definitely being thrown out and 54 is pretty certain to be a triple answer. I didnt take a look at 79 was but I did get it wrong so I hope you are right!

I love how they expect us to protest from home with no material! luckily I remember my reason for fighting 10 from home. DCAS sucks!

Did anyone pickup question #20 with regards to the gun acquisition.  I thought it was a good one to protest because it did not tell you who the Lt. was. They lead you to the desk but made you draw on own conclusions.... Did anyone protest that one?

I believe whoever typed question 78 is dyslexic. the answer is not in 220-01 but in 220-10. I didn't sumbit proof 220-01 cuz there was no mention. Maybe i should reprotest by mail and attach both.

a friend of mine said that maybe they meant that we should know what a technical specialist is and that the chart on 220-01 lists technical specialist. I don't think that's the case because 220-10 CLEARLY states about the weather person on one page and about the damn meterologist on another......  Hopefully I am right lol. Up until now I thought of like some computer tech when I saw the words "techincal specialists"

brother, I have no interest in question #78 since I got that one correct. MUST HAVE BEEN LUCK ON MY PART. but if gaining you an extra point by reprostesting it by mail with it's supporting documents, then I encourage you to do so.

I gave some feat arguements for 1 being double answer. 54 double answer. 106 toss out. And a couple others. I really hope guys made valid points other than attach Notice of Examination and say they couldn't have known. Oh and I failed so I'm not trying to be a dick. I just wanted guys to sound intelligent and not write "we weren't informed".

i failed with a 66. i believe 1 & 54 will be doubles, 89, 6, and 59 tossed out. 97 & 45 are close and could be doubles. but 89, 6, and 59 are just plain wrong. thats just my opinion. i fought those all and hope we pick up points. congrats to all that passed and good luck to all.

Yano is in the witness protection program rite now construing puzzles and interactive learnign modules with cyber figurines for the next Lt exam. go and fight. yeah---i ve heard all this garbage about another exam and i dont doubt it, but they must come up with some kind of list. 241 pass last time and this time 128????? that is crazy! they gotta formulate some kind of garbage list, they always do. look at ERNIE---he was a low 60 guy and know he s overdosing on kool aid to screw us.

Yes I did.  Hopefully we  can pick that up.   I thought it was funny. They didn't identify who the LT was. They lead you to believe that the Lt Pocost  was the DO.  I though Lt marks was. Lol. Either way they didn't state it clearly.

after looking at this test again without being mentally fatigued, it was so poorly written and there are a bunch of loop holes in a lot of them. I protested 18 questions, I feel good about 10 of them will be double answers or throw outs..and i know for a fact these retards who made this test is wrong about a specific question. I had the proof and attached it too.

I agree with 54... but with 45 I didn't see how to protest it.  I started protesting it and figured out I had been duped and the patrol guide was no longer my friend.  I hope I missed it and one of you guys figure out a way to get it chucked.

I'll PM you about it if you want, 45 has a better chance of getting thrown out than 54, though 54 has a good chance of being tossed and a very good chance of being a double answer.

It was to many to challenge. Not enough time.  Somebody stated on this forum that there was a lot of loop holes in these questions.  I agree!
