I keep hearing people flipping out over but what was it that sucked? 

By the way I am a PO. Just wondering what I should look forward to in future LT EXAMS

This post reminds me of yet another reason this test is so high stakes. Overtime is not pensionable for about 10-12k cops now. The only way they improve their pensions is by getting promoted. It raises the stakes considerably because these guys will be eligible for the next Lt's test.

Judging from feedback on this site, the vast majority of us would not be willing to throw a year of our life in the toilet to pass a test. These kids will. What choice do they have? I could compete with people who are that hungry. I just don't want to.

As crappy as I feel about this test, I really feel bad for these guys taking these things going forward. Even if they start having normal tests again, the competition is going to get tougher and tougher.

negative k. I am a PO.. People are so prissy about this test. Like anyone is going to gain an advantage by you saying, "it was just a hard test". I wasnt asking for specificd. Bunch of nerds lol
