Is there anything that says 70 is passing? What do you think they will do if it's such a small list? if all the questions are legit and can't be thrown out, will they just lower the bar or have a list of 150-200?
Yea i don't know, I know the sergeant tests have gone that way in the past. The job said we need 2,000 sgts and they went right down the line. Guys with scores in the 50's were getting made. I'm just curious if it Says anywhere that 70 is "the" score.
First of all thank you very much for putting all the time into making this key. I am aware that you have no personal vested interest in this test, so again, thank you.
I just have one question that I don't believe you addressed, and I think many people have the same question for you.
How confident are you in the strength of this key considering most people probably did not score very high? Do you feel that the collective answers of a lot of people will still land on the correct answers, or is there a chance that your key is inaccurate due to so many people getting so many questions wrong? Basically every question was a trick question.
Not talking about throw-outs and protest session, obviously you can't predict what happens 5 weeks from now.
I have a 73 according to your data and I'm just trying to gauge a confidence level in this.
Key is now updated with 89 source keys. Check your scores again as nearly doubling the pool likely changed it a little.
@IShredMajors - People tend to make mistakes in different places. Overall, the individual questions move towards being the majority correct. The ones that are close are counted in a way to try to accommodate that some will be wrong. It won't be perfect, but this is the fourth time, I think, that I've made this and it's been pretty good each time.

Thank you for your response. My score moved from 73 to 74 for version 2, hope you are right!
I went up a few points since 1000 hours. In the business they call this 'trending.' You guys should really jump on my bandwagon before it's too late. By next week I might have a potential score of 90.

This key gives me a 71. But it's a 71 out of 120. Minus the 20 research questions I can potentially end up with a 51. On that same thought you can have an 89 on this key and actually get a 69. Almost no point to these keys really because of the research questions.
gives u a round about tho. with everyone wrong hypothetically if u are in the 30 and below category your flying pretty well. that s not my situation but good for those who are.
For the record I put D for the last one as well. I caught that BS trick.... at least I think so.
You know what, I also thought that D was absolutely the correct answer without a shadow of a doubt, but I see that more people picked B. Abviously we cannot talk about the specifics at this point. Maybe we can clarify it down the road.
Su Madre 100 percent not b...if u remember the 2nd part of the answer...it is not them....the person Responsible for that is a higher rank...if u remember the answer choice and look at the procedure it will all make sense. I'm not even sure if D is right but I know b is DEF wrong and I will be protesting that question
When we can talk ill talk. I know what you're getting at, I noticed it too but felt the last part was written a bit vague. I'm totally expecting come real answer key day to be D. I've already conceded that. I don't dispute that.

The question is: is anything to be gained at the protest? We shall find out soon enough. I believe ondeeair when he says Dracula will be ready with documentation backing each answer.
im not trying to rattle everyone cause i believe we ALL must go to the protest session. my boy who has had the unfortunate experience of dealing w this maniac in regards to this exam said this ponytailed maniac had books of his own citations for them when they bombed the exam of why it was what it was. and he wouldnt back off an inch. and was nasty about it--yelling at certain points. i truly believe he HATES anyone capt and below, like their beneath him. and clearly they need to give the guy a check up from the neck up b/c he sounds really really unstable
i really for the life of me cant figure out why they would put this loser throw away captain for life in charge of this. yes, u have to do something w this misfit but this??? it makes no sense. and my boy who took the exam was very troubled by this. however bratton is a big "brains" guy and likes people w pretty degrees and nerds. thats a fact
k guys if i get anything u ll be first to know, my buddy said that he ll get a lot more info after protest. be advised the military reserve scammers who had fake orders given are taking this thing soon and already have gotten a huge amount of intel on this exam. dont let these cheats win, most did this for their sgt exam too
currently sitting on a 69 with gamblors key. I walked out thinking I had no chance but at least I have hope for a throwout or double answer, so thanks gamblor. Can anyone explain why when you first put in the answers on excel it generates a number but then goes up on number higher after a few seconds? for the first key i had a 69 and it went up to a 70 after a minute and again today with the 68 up to a 69
