During the last four years, the worst year for SGT promotions was 2013 with 405. At the start of this year, there were 315 names remaining on the 2011 list. Simple math dictates that they will finish it and start the new one around 4th quarter this year. Even if this year is one of the worst years on recent record with say 360 SGTs (completely hypothetical), that still means the first group from the new list will go in during the 4th quarter of this year (Oct/Nov/Dec). So everyone please relax, the 2013 group will have their day soon.

2 down months in a row are rare... Its only happened twice in the last 4 years ... Once in 2011 and once in 2013
