Question to those who had to appeal Eligibilty

I was one of the few who got a notice from dcas saying I was not eligible to take the test at the end of January because I was still a PO.  I appealed but havent heard anything yet and the dcas phone number just wraps me around automation.  Anyone else appeal and have a successful follow up and if so how?  Thanks.

DCAS personnel will be at your BMOC class and will allow you to sign up for exam,....good luck
