I am utterly disappointed this time with THE KEY... We have not received an interim order update in 2 months... THAT'S 2 MONTHS!!!!
We have not received an online patrol guide update in 29 days... THAT'S 29 DAYS!!!!
We paid you good money. You said that we would be getting patrol guide and interim order updates as each interim order came out. That had not been the case!!! Other schools get instant updates as each new interim order comes out, but we have to hold our breath and wait for you ... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
The cutoff date has now arrived and we don't yet haves new patrol guide update... THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT OUT TO US ON FRIDAY NIGHT.
TO THE OWNERS OF THE KEY: STEP UP YOUR GAME NOW
Ummmmmmmmmmm.......This is RISING STAR. Not The Key. So I don't think the owners of The Key will NOT be reading this.

Not sure what u are talking about, but first u should take this up with the Key not here. Second they have IO podcasts on their website as well as IO PDF's. Last was published on 12/19; that is also when they sent out the latest version of the PG. Also u stated that they should have sent out an updated version on Friday, the 16th. The cut-off date was yesterday, the 18th. Yes there was a chance the Dept release a finest over the weekend amending the PG so they waited until today to send out the most up to date version. I know this because this morning at class Capt Misfid addressed this. Since you are so dissatisfied why don't you contact the owners on their website; complaining here won't help your cause.
You are delusional, the key has already given us multiple patrol guide updates and multiple podcasts dealing with interim order updates. Not to mention the fact that they have their own app dedicated to downloading every lecture that you can watch at your own leisure. They sent everyone emails stating that once january 18th passes they are going to give us a master interim order guide. On top of all this, they take calls from all of their customers so if you have such an issue with the content why dont you call them direct and stfu already.
I'm disappointed with the key as well. The packets aren't flowing smoothly. To many abbreviations for no reason. If I have to open the patrol guide to figure out the flow or what word they are abbreviating for they failed.
