With all the holidays at this time its just easier to make them a week earlier. The worst part is that this dept doesnt care, it makes no.difference to them how long the wait us as long as they got a pool to choose from. This list could go on till the end of next year at this rate. __________________

At this rate, I'd say this list won't be done until August 2015 at the earliest although I could see it stretching into October. Don't know why they're promoting so slowly considering they said they wanted a better cop to boss ratio. __________________
