How many questions do u think for sure are protestable or even a guaranteed throw out. ..I remember one that asked for a wrong answer and there were 3 wrong choices. ..that's the only one I know of ...anyone see anything different

I think there was plenty there that are protestable, but we will not know what actually 'counts" unless we go to the protest session so maybe some of those poorly written questions were there on purpose and don't count? But then I would be giving the exam writers way too much credit.

Check Q 29 and 49 carefully, if they were not research questions then definitely protestable.

I think there is more than that. I am thinking more in the 5-6 range, but memory is hazy, will have to see the exam again

My memory is shot as well, those extra 20 questions are a mystery, and they won't be listed in Wednesday's protest.  It would be nice to know what they gathered from this research?????

First off the operations order was a throw out.

Nope, sorry. The prior test had a 2006 ops order and the appeals panel bizarrely didn't throw it out.

If an ops order is made a finest message with 1 year than its valid...that was the issue last test with the bicycle kiosk question...it was an old order but made into a finest message

Good luck to you guys, but I doubt they're gonna throw it out. It was an easy question anyway.

The operations order was from 2014, why would it be a throw out?

Yes. If you are citing a PG procedure in your protest, you don't need to attach a copy of the procedure to your protest.
