Lol. im not of the group that believes there should be a lawsuit, just wondering if that's part of the reason for the delay in the scores and possible delay beyond the "up to 12 months" wait for the scores.

I think the only reason for a delay is that there are still 500 names on the 2011 list. Annoying that I'm 10+ points better than those getting promoted now, but that's my own stupid fault for not studying for that one!
I agree that we need to be patient, but the fact that we have to wait this long to receive our scores (not list #) is disgraceful. I doubt other departments have to deal with this circus.
Because you took a different test 2 years later you think you deserve to be promoted first? You are one of the reasons some 5 year wonders are looked at a certain way

Dude, really dumb thing to say. Your not better than anyone that are getting made right just because your score is better. The test is a dumb formality, because your supervison won't be judged by your test score but by what you do out there. Just wait .. Just wait, completely different world out being a sgt. Sit back and relax, cause your going to be waiting a while. Between Waiting for the 2011 list to finish and this "lawsuit" thing going on. Yea thats right, SBA president made mention to that when he came to talk to mays bmoc class. but don't worry, you'll time will come when it sorts out. In the mean time wingjerk, keep your activity up, stay out of trouble and shut the hell up.
Yes it's true the SBA did mention the 2013 sgt test and a lawsuit and are waiting for a decision to be made. One of my coworkers who was in the last BMOC confirmed the above.
I have the results of this supposed "lawsuit" that no one except the angry rookie sgt above and the guy who "just needs a couple points to make it" have made reference to. Check your toilet bowl the next time you take a sht. Your results are right there with the rest of the crybaby "I didn't make it, it's not fair" lawsuits.
